I work with clients by designing a plan that focuses on the following:
- (Re) discovering one's purpose
- Having fun!
- Spiritual connection
Everyone has unique needs based on our DNA, personality, upbringing, lifestyle, past traumas, schedules, etc. All of this must be taken into account when designing a reboot plan that will lead to short-term success and long-term wellness. Clients commit to a 3 month commitment, minimum, since this is a realistic amount of time to tweak an appropriate plan and incorporate new positive habits.
Coaching includes weekly exercise and/or food plans, as appropriate, as well as daily accountability checks via email, text, or whichever media works best for the client. Workout sessions, such as Poga classes, are not included in the monthly plan. The monthly cost is $100. Any recommended supplements are also not included.
